Showcased against the backdrop of seasonal photos that depict the true essence of the historical town of Breckenridge and all the events, festivals and fun it has to offer, this delightful book of recipes range from warm winter comfort food to delicious salads and lighter fare for spring and summer all the way through to rib-hugging fall dishes.
Some of the recipes are typical to Breckenridge and Colorado (including some from local chefs and providers) or incorporate stunning local ingredients. Others rely on flavors and techniques from all over the world, from Asia and North Africa to Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean.
